As I continued playing the Rich Little Piggies I managed to accumulate a small lump of change (less than a $1000) so I decided to stop there to redeem my winnings. Went onto verify my identity and followed all the steps to that process precisely as they requested as I've done plenty of times before With other online casinos. All legal and true documentation and information.

The necessary requirements had been met they even stated so in an email I had received from them. But after putting my phone down for awhile to wait on the verification process I went back to check on things only to fund that my account was locked. Then to further find out I received an email saying I had requested a refund of the $5 I deposited to play online. Finally I discover my account had been permanently closed with no reasoning why other than the Funrize Security Department didn't seem to think I was legit after providing all the valid and true information they received from me.

I submitted a request for them to review their decision. They replied that it was not possible and they weren't obligated to speak on the reasoning for doing so. That was the most frustrating thing I ever had to deal with, no respect for players or what's right or law.

I will find justice for those lost winnings. May they not be lost forever!

I had deposited into funrize casino. I used 2 different bank cards when I did it, and then I won something like 5k.

When I went to redeem my winnings, the casino blocked and deactivated my account. After numerous emails they finally replied and said because I used 2 bank cards then it was a violation. But I read all the rules and can not find anywhere it says that. So then I sent an email asking where it says that, and they said it doesn't matter, It's too late and refunded my initial deposit money.

Ok, I still want my winnings.

What can I do to get my winnings. I know i have copies of emails and bank reciepts.

I have a funrize account but was hesitant for months to get it verified because I didn't spend any money and just logged in to spin the wheel every now and then. Well yesterday I finally said I would actually give this site a try and I purchased a package.I then got an email that stated if I verified my account I would get 1000 entries added to my account.

Within that same day as receiving that email, I did everything it said and got my account verified, but I never got the entries. I reached out to customer service and they said that that promotion ended 17 hours ago. That is very very unacceptable. If an email is sent out with a promotion and a person does what it says in that same day, it should be honored.

That really made me not want to use this site.

Definitely not a good first impression. I'm not sure if I will continue to use this site.
